HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE AND RECEIVE AN ORDER?
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email with a list of the products you purchased is sent to your contact email address and shortly after you will receive your tracking reference.
Within 2-5 business days of receiving payment, we will process and ship your purchase. We can only provide an estimated delivery time based on our statistics and previous experience. The duration of the shipping is determined by a range of factors such as shipping mode, postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc.
It usually takes 7 to 15 business days to ship to the USA (where most of our customers are located).

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SHIP TO A P.O. BOX ADDRESS?
Yes, we can ship to a Post Office Box. Unfortunately, this does not apply to APO (Army Post Office) addresses. You’ll need to use your home/billing address initially instead and then ask your family/friends to resend or divert it to you after they have received it. If you have specific shipping requests, please let us know at the time of placing your order.
LARGE ORDERS
CAN YOU SHIP BULK OR LARGE ORDERS?
Yes, but it will be separated into separate packages if the order is too large to fit into the envelope we use for smaller sized orders. Your order will be treated with the same amount of discretion and packing as a small order, no matter how large it may be. And no matter how big your item is, you will only pay shipping fees once, regardless of how many packages we need to send!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Depending on the destination, deliveries typically arrive within 5-17 days.
For USA, Canada, Europe and Asia: 5-12 business days
For South Africa: 8-17 business days
ARE SHIPPING DELAYS POSSIBLE?
It’s possible, yes. We give you an approximation for expected delivery arrival based on our statistics and former experience, but it also depends on a variety of external factors such as postal service performance, customs clearance and international transit routes etc.
Usually, 80-85% of airmail shipments arrive within 10 days, and 15-20% arrive within 10 to 15 working days. This variance is due to the service reliability of different postal providers, and not because of a problem with our services.
Customs clearance in the country where the products are being exported from, as well as customs in the destination country, are the main causes of delays. Your tracking code may indicate that your order has not moved for 5 days for this exact reason.
The delivery steps includes the packages passing from local on to national postal service hubs, exportation through exit ports, transit through the international postal service to the destination country, importation (customs clearance) and finally national to local post offices in your country before it is delivered to its final destination.
In each succeeding phase, the delivery time is affected. It doesn’t matter if the majority of these processes are completed effectively and on time, one break in the delivery-chain delays the next one.

A tracking code is sent to you within 2-5 business days after your product has been paid for and released for shipping.

THE TRACKING WEBSITE SHOWS THAT MY ORDER IS NOT MOVING
Expect this to happen when an item is being held at customs and is awaiting clearance. In no way does this imply that there’s a potential problem. Please contact us however if your tracking code shows that your order hasn’t moved for 10 days and we will investigate the issue as soon as possible.
With this tracking code in hand, you can also contact your local EMS office or USPS branch to look into the problem in more detail.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
WHAT’S THE LIKELYHOOD THAT MY PACKAGE IS SEIZED BY CUSTOMS?
It’s highly unlikely! For orders to the United States, Canada, Europe and South Africa, we have a 99.9% success rate in delivering products to our customers. Regardless, we have a free replacement policy and so we will redeliver your order once for free or you otherwise request that we credit your account towards a future purchase on our site. Once you email us the official notification of the seizure from the post office or customs, we will re-deliver it to you within days depending on stock.

DELIVERY ARRIVAL
WHY IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED WHEN RECEIVING MY ORDER?
Upon delivery, our shipping method requires a signature to prevent fraudulent chargebacks in case a customer receives their order but falsely claims it didn’t arrive.
Since we provide proof of correspondence between us and our customers, their order details, images of the contents of the parcel during packing and the confirmation by the postal service of successful delivery, we have a 99% success rate in resolving credit card disputes.
Customer credit reports and credit histories are harmed by every false dispute, which can cost a customer up to $200 per unlawful dispute.
SHIPPING DELAYS
I’M STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER
International airmail shipping includes not just the time it takes for a package to move during transit, but also the time it takes to clear customs in your country. Please check your ‘Order History’ under your account and work out the amount of business days that has passed since you made the order before contacting us unnecessarily about late deliveries. Your order is processed and shipped within 15 business days. However, if it still hasn’t arrived by then please feel free to contact us so that our team can look into the issue.
NON-DELIVERED DELIVERIES
MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED
You may not have received your order owing to two reasons:
1. It may have been lost in the mail
We ask that you contact us via our Contact Us page with your order ID number if you have not received either your order or a notification of your order being seized at customs after 30 days. We will reship your order as soon as we verified that you have not received it.
2. Customs control may have seized the order
Please provide us with a scanned copy of the Customs & Excise seizure letter to our email in case this happened.
RESHIPPING
WHY IS RESHIPPING TAKING SO LONG?
When you order from us, we realize that you want to receive your things as quickly as possible. It’s our goal though at Personal Steroids to get them to you without any hassles at all.
If we continuously send you parcels containing anabolic steroids, your customs service might get suspicious and begin examining ALL packages delivered to your address from anyone across the world and your deliveries will always be delayed.
When packages depart from the country of origin they must, of course also pass through customs export control. It may appear suspicious and be detained at exports control if we continuously ship items to the same address every 1-2 weeks.
